Agreement
By creating an account, signing in, or using Open Door AI (https://opendoorai.app), you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
The service
Open Door AI is software that helps you tailor resumes and cover letters, check ATS match, write outreach emails, track applications, keep a Network CRM, journal a job search, find career events, and rewrite a LinkedIn profile. Features may change, break, or be unavailable. We do not guarantee uptime, response time, or results.
Accounts
You must provide a valid email and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at info@maeleedev.com if you think someone else is using it. You must be old enough to use the product; it is not directed at children under 13.
Payments
Paid signup is a one-time contribution processed by Stripe. Referral codes, when offered, may skip payment. We do not store full card numbers. Payments are generally not refunded except where required by law or where we choose to refund. Stripe’s terms also apply at checkout.
Your content
You keep ownership of resumes, job postings, notes, and other material you upload or type. You grant us a limited license to store and process that material so we can run the product for you, including sending text to OpenAI to generate outputs. You confirm you have the right to upload what you submit, and that it is not someone else’s confidential information that you are not allowed to share.
AI-generated documents
Outputs are drafts. Review them before you send, post, or submit anything. We design rewrites to stay truthful to your master resume and not invent jobs, titles, or skills, but mistakes can still happen. You are responsible for what you use. Open Door AI is not legal, career, or employment advice, and it does not guarantee interviews, offers, or ATS scores.
Acceptable use
Use the product for your own job search. Do not try to break the service, scrape it, share your login, impersonate others, upload malware, or use it for anything illegal. We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe these terms are being abused.
Third parties
The product relies on other companies, including Supabase (accounts and storage), OpenAI (generation), Stripe (payments), and Railway (hosting). Their terms and privacy policies apply to what they process. Event search looks up public listings on the web; dates and details from those listings may be incomplete or wrong.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free or that data will never be lost.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Open Door AI and its operator are not liable for lost jobs, lost profits, or indirect damages from using the product. If we are liable for something we cannot disclaim, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
Ending use
You may stop using the product at any time. You can delete resumes and saved applications in the app, and email info@maeleedev.com to ask us to delete remaining account data. We may stop offering the service or close accounts when we need to, including for abuse or unpaid obligations where payment is required.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. The version on this page is the current one. Continued use after a change means the current terms apply.
